My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff were very helpful when our room request wasn't initially met, but we did have to deal with a dirty room. The location was convenient with multiple dining options nearby, but I found the response to maintenance issues slow. Despite these hiccups, the service was friendly, and the dining experience, although a bit pricey, offered delicious options such as made-to-order French toast and omelets.
